Initial contact thru email, telephone interview with HR rep, virtual interview with hiring manager-final interview would be virtual with team but never contacted for that phase of the process nor have I received a declination letter.

You first speak with a recruiter for a phone screening, then a set of interviews with the team and hiring manager. The process was initially long but then would speed up.

I applied late May. I had a recruiter reach out to me through email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, the recruiter reached out a couple of days later to schedule a 2nd interview with the marketing director. When I asked for additional dates, I did not get a response back until over a week. Fortunately, I did get a 2nd interview via zoom because the recruiter randomly called me. The 2nd interviewer was very unprofessional, disinterested, slouchy, sleepy, and also eating and drinking a canned beverage during the interview. Poor experience. Two days later, I was scheduled for a 3rd interview via zoom where the recruiter randomly called me again. The 3rd interviewer provided a much better experience. Great conversation. Two days later, I was scheduled for a group interview via zoom with 3 other members of the team, and again, I was randomly called by the recruiter. All 3 members were great. I was told I would hear back at the beginning of next week, which would be late June. Next week comes, I kept emailing the recruiter but I did not get any response back for weeks. I had to email the 3rd interviewer and the response back also took forever. The 3rd interviewer mentions the reason for the hiring and response delay is that the company is going through "internal changes." This is now late July. I finally get a response back. The 3rd interviewer schedules me a call to double-check if I am still interested in the job. I mentioned I was still interested. After our phone call, I get an email from the 3rd interviewer requesting for me to send in some writing samples for social media posts. I completed it and sent it back the next morning. I was told that the 2nd and 3rd interviewer and would discuss it over with each other and let me know in 24-48 hours. 72 hours later and I am back to not receiving any response from anyone after sending follow-up emails. Finally, I received an automated email from the recruiter that I was not selected. This is the same recruiter who did not respond back to any of my emails. The audacity. This whole experience took unnecessarily almost a 2 1/2 month process with multiple emails being unanswered. Poor organization and communication. Horrible experience.

The recruiter was very sweet. Interview process went very quick. She sent paperwork for me to sign to join the agency. She is going to call tomorrow for us to discuss assignments.

Mediocre. After I was contacted by the recruiter, who was super awesome, the person interviewing me was literally chomping on her food throughout the interview. It was awful and super uncomfortable. It was very clear that she wasn’t interested in actually interviewing me.

I applied online and they reached out to me within a few days. I was able to set up a phone interview within a week. The interview itself lasted about 20-30 minutes and was very conversational. The woman I interviewed with was very transparent about the position, pay structure, and experience requirement.

3 interviews including a pit sit where you meet the team. The recruiter kept me up to date on all interview steps. Highly recommend sending thank you emails after every email.

There is a 3 interview process. You interview with a talent acquisition dept and then you would interview with your potential manager and then another interview with the director. They are really nice and the interview was not painful at all.

A phone screen with a recruiter was scheduled after I applied online. I then had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. My final interview was a phone call with district manager. While the questions towards my experience were pretty straight forward, by the time I got to the third round, it still seemed hazy as to what the roll really entailed.
