Question 1
Are you able to work under pressure and maintain efficient speed?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caribou Coffee (Eau Claire, WI) in Dec 2015
Interview
The process was long (over 2 hours) which I believed was very extensive for a barista job. After I received the positive, training was inadequate. I thought that because they took such a long time to interview me, they would take a lot of time to train and prepare me for the position. Instead, I was thrown in with a ton of questions and not a lot of guidance.
