I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carter's (Lake Buena Vista, FL) in Aug 2011
Interview
I went in person to my local Carter's store and asked for an application. The shift supervisor and associate manager were there and I spoke to both of them. I filled out my application in the food court and returned it 15 minutes later. The shift supervisor looked over my application and said that they would be in touch. About a month later I was contacted by a store manager to come in for a interview later on that week. I came in for the interview and was told I got the job a few days later. I came in a day after and then filled out my paperwork and started the same day of.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
