Castleton Commodities International FP&A Rotational Program interview questions

Took over one month. Had over 5 interviews. The interviewers are respectful and intelligent. The only issue is that it seemed like there was no structure to the interview whatsoever. All 5 interviews had the typical structure of getting to know each other for 15 min, and then you asking the questions to the interviewer.
