    Pros

    Location, highly capable local team.

    Cons

Houston management is incredibly incompetent. No opportunity for advancement. No bonuses as promised, no cost of living increases. Plagued by one poor decision after another by management. Unwilling to look for production opportunity. Clueless when it comes to oil and gas production & drilling. Hard work goes unnoticed.

    Advice to Management

Sell all of your oil and gas assets as you have no business in the industry.
