I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cellular Sales in Jul 2011
Interview
My interview consisted of a phone interview first. I think they do this for everyone they're interested in. They called me back a day or two later to set up a one-to-one interview, first with the recruiter, and then later with the regional director after I passed the first one. At some point (I think after the phone interview?), I took an online assessment and they referred me to a company who did my drug screen and background test. Once I passed all of that, I trained with some of the best sales reps in our area until we all agreed that I was ready to sell. (Training is paid!)

Question 1
They asked me how they could help me be better for what they do.
Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.
