I submitted my resume online and applied online. I took part in a phone interview a few days after applying, then was offered an in person interview and I had to take a skill assessment test. After that I received another call a few days later that I had gotten the job.

Question 1
How would I handle a situation where a customer is irate?
I first completed a one-way video interview and then was contacted for a phone interview with a supervisor. After this, I had a second interview on zoom with the supervisor and a second supervisor. The interviews were both very low-stress and pleasant.
