CenterPoint Properties interview questions

I got an automated email to set up an interview time. The interview was with the director of HR, who was very friendly. It was conducted with a conversational tone, asking about relevant skills/experiences but with personable banter in between.

Cold called by recruiter. Interviewed with manager in two days. Was largely conversational. Had a call with upper managers three days later. These conversations were a bit more technical. Had an offer within the next few days.
