    Pros

good medical benefits however this will be changing in 2017 with a high deductible plan
annual bonus if company goals are met

    Cons

they do not "pay for performance".
only advancement opportunities are for men, not women.
majority of the employees are overworked and under paid.
    disfunctional upper management team.
HR individual has little experience and is not trustworthly. employees have nobody to go to with concerns or complaints
employees treated unfairly (what applies to some does not apply to others)

    Advice to Management

Treat all of your employees fairly regardless of level/position and gender!

I have been working at CenterPoint Properties full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits - amazing - it is the only thing that keeps me here

    Cons

We used to be a family, people would do anything for you. I never had to choose between my job and my family. That is no longer the case. All women in upper management were fired. We have a CEO who isn't in the office for more than 1.5 days a week. Terrible communications between management and employees. Promotions are great - if you are in the right department, and your not a woman. Otherwise you just get more work, and more excuses and no increase in pay.

    Advice to Management

Wish you would let us do what we know how to do best.
