      Application

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chanel (New York, NY) in Dec 2014

      11 interviews. It started from HR to others in the field and corporate. Additionally, they flew me out to NYC to conduct more interviews. I had to conduct a self assessment test and present in front of a group. They did have several questions for me.

      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chanel (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2015

      I submitted my application and resume directly thru The Chanel Careers website. I was emailed approximately 1 week later, asking if I was interested in an interview? Of course I do! I eas elated to say the least.e Chanel Recruiter set a date and time. She called me and I had a phone interview.

      It was a lengthy interview, which I very much eoyed. After the phone inteview, The Chanel Recruiter said she would be calling me back the following week to set a second interview at one of The Chanel Boutiques. Unfortunately, she never called or emailed me, leaving me in limbo. I was quite disappointed. I have interviewed many candidates throughout my career. I believe it is very unprofessional to say you will be contacting the candidate and it does not happen. The interviewer should always follow through with what they say they're going to do. It is not ok to leave a candidate in limbo.
