Phone and Face to face Had phone interview and was called for onsite. This company was very rude to me There was actually a 5 hr interveiw and after two rounds they abruptly said like” we do not want to waste any ones time and we would like to cancel the interveiw “ I agree I was not great at the interview. But there are some ethics that needs to be followed. How much time will get wasted overall can’t you atleast finish the rest of interveiw process? I had some architectural questions and i did not answer them - some of the very basic ones . The interviewer started laughing on my face and left the interview 15 mins before My point to other candidates is work for a company where people are respected and not judged easily. There is always a learning curve for everyone and you can definitely win if you work hard and encouraged At least they could have finish the interview as promised and send me away instead of abruptly cutting the interview shot.
