Interview
2 interviews. First interview is hard, they grill you on tuff question asking: what makes you different, why should we should you, etc. Second interview is with the banks employees - they want to see if the other employees like you.
It was through some app that I took the video interview. it's very user friendly. The questions were standard and you can practice as much as you want (5questions).
