Interview
Usually requires 1 year of banking experience. Focus on sales skillset and customer service (how did you help a customer, how did you follow-up). Preparation is very helpful for this type of interview. Questions are as outlined before: sell a pen, role play - banker/client, group dynamics, customer relationship, knowledge of offered services.

Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.
