Process is cumbersome as to the multiple layers of contacts that starts with an internal recruiter, then if passing that person a need to provide 'sample' writing/analysis that if acceptable an interview with current lenders on the phone where if that is passed an on site manager with a Team Leader and an Operations Manager that if passed onto a phone call with the Senior Operations Manager before any offer may be made.
