I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Application is an online format and followed by a simple assessment. Recruiter called within one week of application being submitted.
Got interview with branch manager and it was a decent interview.
Please understand that this role is described one way but is in the end a sales position. Don't glorify other experiences you think are fitting. Touch on networking and relationship/ client services but go in strong with sales experience.
After going over the position with the recruiter they say aim focus on customer relations so neglected to build on sales. Don't make that same mistake.

Question 1
What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a client
Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.
