      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Westminster, CA) in Jan 2011

      Interview

Applied online through company website. Contacted by HR recruiter for 10 minute preliminary interview. Next, you interview with the Branch Manager where he or she asks you behavioral based interview questions such as, "Tell me a time when you provided excellent customer service." The interview lasts about 45-60 minutes. Then, if the Branch Manager likes you, he or she will have you meet with the District Manager for another interview with the same question format.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Chase

      Interview

Phone interview, then an in-person interview with the district manager and a branch manager trainee. I thought that went well and I was sent to interview with another district manager. I then had to have a 4th interview with the Market Manager, a 15 minute meet and greet. I was offered the job after the 4th interview.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Chase (Riverside, CA) in Apr 2014

      Interview

After applying online, I was invited for an interview. My interview included 2 employees, a district manager and a branch manager. Both employees were friendly and respectful. There did not appear to be a script that they went off of; and each of them took turns asking me questions. At the end of the interview the expectations of the candidate were explained.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer. What was the situation and the result?
