Interview
You will fill out the usual application online, then there is an assessment which is pretty long, if selected next there will be an online video interview, and after that there will be face to face interview. The questions on the online video will tell you about the job, location, and pay rate. It will also ask questions similar to the ones in the face to face one. Questions are basic "Tell me a situation when....and you handled it".

They ask how you make sure a customer understands what you are saying and they are listening?
It's a one on one interview where the recruiter will pull up the resume submitted and ask questions related to the facts provided on the resume. Afterwards, they will provide some examples of what you'll experience in the workplace.

It was a great experience. They really dive in on who you are and what you offer. They ask great questions that can be a touch challenging if you don’t take the process seriously

It was a 40min 1 on 1 interview with a HR manager. We went over my resume then I was asked scenario questions. After that the floor was open to me and any other questions I had.
