Had a scheduled phone interview. The interview was a STAR based format. Discussion went great, interviewer said they would let me know either way in three days. Never got a response of any kind, no email bounceback or anything

They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.

Interview
Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.

How do I maintain in a fast paced environment. For me it was simple coming from wireless communications. It’s always busy and serve a lot of customers.
phone then in person interview, all behavioral questions about teller work. was not too hard, just have some answers prepared before coming in and or having the phone interview, good luck!
