I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied on line and after 5 days I got a call and an email for an interview the next day. I arrived 40 minutes earlier and waited for the manager for 10 minutes.it was a one on one interview. The initial interview was with the manager together with his two assistant I think. It didn't take so long. And It went well. There's no tough questions.
The second interview was with the employees, they were 3, 2 girls and a boy. Just asked me a few questions and they said that I really did my assignment. WhicH I think I really passed the interview.
After that, on the same date at night, I received a call and said that I was hired and he also said my starting salary and that I just need to finish some paperworks that was sent on my email and that I should call after I finish the paperworks. After I finish the paperworks, I called, but I was not able to talk with the manager, and the employee said that their gonna tell the manager. But until know, I haven't receive any call back. So I don't know when will I start. Still waiting for their call.

Question 1
Tell me something about yourself.
why do you want to work at chipotle?
what do you know about chipotle?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
