I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
Group interveiw. wrote our names and number on a piece of paper, she asked five simple interveiw questions. I was the only one who knew history of the company and asked questions trying to be engaged in conversation. I was being very positive and "upbeat". She said she would check our application for availability, and we would get a call if we got it and a email if we didn't get it. I was emailed 3 hours later that I didn't get the job. I'm only 16 and I'm assuming it's because I'm not available enough. So just make sure you have a good attitude and be very available.

Question 1
What do you know about chipotle?
How would your friends describe you in on word?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
