I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle in Sep 2013
Interview
Questions were straight forward and it was not an intimidating experience. I applied online, and I was called within one week to schedule an interview. I first had a 1-1 interview with an apprentice, followed by a group interview, finished off with an interview by the General Manager. I was hired within one week.

Question 1
Just be sure that you know the history of Chipotle: when they were formed, who the CEO is, what his vision (and Chipotle's) vision is..... they care a lot about employees knowing the history and story of Chipotle.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
