I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Allen, TX) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview was pretty short but honestly as long as you are not clearly weird you'll be fine. And if you are weird you'll probably be back of house or something lol
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about prior experience as well as familiarity with the Chipotle brand. Make sure you know about Chipotles mission statement.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
