I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
it was interesting and easy. A couple of easy everyday-life questions. Nothing hard about it. It was a typical fast-food industry interview. To succeed, don't be afraid of answering honestly and ask them questions too like what they see this chain being in the future, etc.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
Cancelled a few hours before when I was on my way to the interview. Never once communicated with a human being and was never given any information after I scheduled the interview.
