Interview
The hiring process was very efficient. The time between the first phone interview and their final decision and offer was very little. The phone interview that I had initially was difficult but also very helpful. I was given some resume tips which definitely proved to be very useful. In both interviews I was asked a lot of financial questions and given simple cases to analyze. The second round of interviews was very nicely organized and allowed me to get a better idea of the people that work in the company and of the exact character of the job.

Very professional interview process. Interviewers took the time to get to know candidates and conducted interview with utmost professionalism. Process resulted in quick turnaround and employees were upfront with information.

Interview
All went very smoothly the person I spoke with seemed very kind and smart. Basic questions were asked and you should be well prepared with just the basic knowledge of the position you are applying for and knowledge of your resume.
A telephone call interview with the hr followed by a in person interview with the manager a week after.
Just a normal regular 30 mins long interview.

No tests involved at that stage.
