Interview
The interview was pretty laid back. I was interviewed by a Unit Manager (UM) and a Team Lead (TL). Both were very nice and created a comfortable environment. Questions were typical "Tell me a time when..." and "How did you handle...." and were asked in a way that was almost like mandatory but more wanting to get a feel for how you interact.

The toughest question always seems to be asked at any interview, but I have a difficult time answering why they should hire me. I'm very humble and don't like to "toot my own horn".

Interview
After the HR phone interview there was an onsite, in person, one one one Saturday morning interview. I was in a suit. The manager was in shorts. At the time, he seemed in a hurry. There was a need to hire many people in a very short deadline.

Standard ethics questions. As well as kid like questions. Do you show up on time? Do you miss a lot of days. How are you under stress? Do you like talking to people? etc.
