After completing an application online and submitting emails for 3 references, I received an email informing me that I had been chosen for a recorded phone interview, which lasted approximately 45 minutes. General questions were asked about how I dealt with certain situations that could possibly come up during my time as a corps member.

Question 1
Describe a time that you encountered a difficult situation, and how did you handle it?
Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at City Year
Interview
Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
