Paperwork before the interview was slightly burdensome. Actual interview by principal and two others very pleasant. Used Zoom. About 20 minutes. I was made an offer the next day. It did take a few weeks for my acceptance to be processed and I wasn't sure about my starting salary for almost a month.

It was easy; done by the school itself and not the district. You will be offered the position from the school and then the district takes forever to catchup with the paperwork.
