I applied in-person. I interviewed at Co-operators in Jan 2021
Interview
Comfortable, questions weren't too difficult. Done over phone with regional manager. Management is very supportive. Interview lasted 30 min. Overall good company to work for. I really enjoyed the time there.
The interview process was easy and fast . Most of the questions are behavioral questions and the work experience related questions . Their will be three rounds of interview , one with HR , One with supervisor and the last in person interview with the office manager
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Co-operators (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
Got random call interview, followed by in person interview next week, heard after a whole month for an offer letter, guess they fired someone & want a replacement (which is common firing after probation & finding replacement) proceed with caution
