Interview
very quick. received an email from HR 2 days after applying online. They originally sent me an interview survey but contacted me by phone before I had a chance to fill it out (less than 6hrs). Phone interview with a recruiter that lasted 15mins. Completely about personality, comfort on the phone and basic questions about why I was interested in commercial real estate and CoStar in particular. I was invited to an in person interview for the following week.
In person interview consisted of speaking with a "researcher" and watching him do his job. I must say he wasn't very enthusiastic about the position or CoStar. After talking to him for 20mins I knew that I didnt want the position. Then i spoke with a manager (she had been with the company for 10 years). She asked me questions directly off of a questionnaire (the same one they sent me the week before) and wrote down my responses as I watch. Then i met with her boss (whom had worked there for only 2 weeks). She asked me the same exact questions that the first interviewer did and copied my answers down next to my original responses.
i got an offer within 24hrs

Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

Interview
The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
