Process was direct and simple, apply online, got contacted in days, had a couple phone conversations/emails, then an in person interview a week or two later (meet with a few different people, mixed bag). Dodged questions including ones about about career advancement which is a red flag to me, but ymmv.
Mentioned over and over how competitive and score driven the role is but the criteria is how many phone calls you make in a day/week/month and whether you follow the right script. Felt like they cared more about whether you'd be a "power player" calling hundreds of numbers a day than anything else you had to say.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
basic stuff: why do you want to work for costar, what do you know about commercial real estate, are you ready/motivated to work in a competitive environment with heavy metrics, tell me about a time you helped a company you worked for succeed
I applied online. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

Question 1
I was asked about recruitment processes. Follow the status quo or define a new SOP?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CoStar Group (London, England)
Interview
The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
