First I received recruitment calls. They were very nosy and were offended by my apprehension and questioning of their high turnover rate. I told them that I have commitment issue's in the sense that I have many interests and talents and for that reason I do not have an immediate career goal in mind. I never received a call back about an interview

Question 1
The most difficult question they were pressing me with were what my career goals are. It's doubtful that anybody applying for this position is doing so with a specific career goal in mind.
I applied online. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.
