Applied in the store, was called back for an in person interview with the manager within a day or two for an in-store interview which was only about an hour long. Was offered the job on the spot. overall, if you have any basic retail experience, you will be fairly well prepared. Of course,dress for the part, research products ahead of time so you can look somewhat intelligent (if you aren't already a loyal coach customer like I was)
