Great company, but retail begets retail problems.
Apr 14, 2023 - Lead Supervisor in Park City, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Paid me during the lockdown, the benefits are amazing, and the company has so many community engagement projects if you're wanting to get more involved and get payed. The employee discount wasn't bad either.
Cons
There was a shift away from bonuses and employee gifts following lockdown that really reduced the perks of working for the company. There were also normal retail issues where the higher management (District and above) had very different ideas about how stores should be run based less off experience and more off want to drive numbers up. They didn't really take input from store managers and even if they did it felt very belittling at times.

Good First Job
Apr 26, 2023 - Sales Associate in King of Prussia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I enjoyed my coworkers, I loved the product we sold and the work can be done at any level of education (I started at 18.)
Cons
The pay was not great I started at 10 bucks an hour and had to work my way up to 13. There was no commission pay but if you didn't meet your sales goals you could still be fired. It was a lot of standing and could be hard on the back and feet.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Fun environment and a good retail job. You’re not spending hours cleaning up after dust
Cons
Not much career growth if you’re not willing to move. The store managers and regional leads stay for a long time
