I worked at Coach part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The discount was good. I was able to receive bonuses for being a top-ranked seller.
The day can be extremely fast-paced or extremely slow, depending on the day of the week and season.

    Cons

At this particular location, the management is (as of December 2018) incompetent and selfish. The store manager at this particular location expects the associates to slave in order to make sales and add on merchandise. However, he refuses to pay the associates for what they are worth. It's both insulting and disgusting. As an associate, you can sell/rank $20,000 worth of merchandise for the store monthly, yet your paycheck will barely reach $1500 for that month . The management knows it's unfair, but they don't seem to care since they are salaried employees. They are going to get their money regardless, it doesn't matter to them what the hourly employees make.

I worked at Coach full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Everyone was willing to help you out without hesitation. the managers and employees were always open to feedback from one another. Always room for you to get a higher position if interested, you'll of course have to prove the managers you're worth it. monthly reviews to show improvement & how much you are appreciated (which always feels great to hear) everyone there is truly amazing.

    Cons

A lot of information to take in about the qualities of the items you were selling, it felt like school, needing to memorize the information. Which makes sense when you're selling high end items, it was just a lot for me personally.
