Process took almost a month due to pandemic.
i had applied for the same through Colgate website and got shortlisted for interview followed by telephone round by HR for brief background about my current and salary then video interview taken by 3 panellist out 2 were from operations and 1 from HR team.
then salary negotiation by HR business partner.
initially there is first Hr round needs to clear then 2 technical round and last writting and question on balance sheet candidate should always be confident and clear what he is talking because that is matters alsot

very easy questions asked . one on one. technical and HR round. got a call 2 days before.
got offer letter after 1 month. nice company. great office. Very hospitable process of interviewing
