Interview
Extremely friendly and welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable during the entire interview, which made me have an instant connection with the individual. The interview was a typical one-on-one interview the first time and the process was light hearted but professional. There are stages of interviews one has to go through but it just allows for more personal connections to be made.
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

Typical behavioral questions, why you want to be a recruiter.
3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day
Fairly easy process and the people within the company are very nice. Multiple rounds of phone calls and Zoom call with the office. The team just wants to make sure you are a good fit
