Was contacted by a Corporate Recruiter who liked my experience. You could tell right from the start they like finding talent that comes from other agencies. I was set up with a phone interview for a National Account Manager role. After speaking with the hiring manager I was then referred to another internal role on the strategic accounts team. For this BDM position, I was set up with an initial phone interview with a VP and a Director. Both of those hiring managers were late to the phone interviews and the screenings were rescheduled on different occasions because they were "too busy". Finally, after speaking to them both I was asked to come on site for an in person interview. I was losing trust in this agency half way through the interview process but I still followed through on scheduling the interviews. I went back and forth with the Corporate Recruiter some more until he could actually schedule a time that worked with the management team while they were on there annual sales contest trip. Finally after 3 weeks of going back and forth I was able to go onsite for the final interview. Their office was in a co-working space while their new office was being built. I met with the VP and Sales Manager in a very small room, where they asked me behavioral questions for almost two hours. When the interview was finished, I met the entire office and was told they would be in touch. As the holidays past and the New Year started, I sent thank you notes to each of the hiring managers and never heard a response back. I also followed up with the Corporate Recruiter on three different occasions. Instead of receiving a response, he ghosted me and never responded. I would be CAUTIOUS of working for or interviewing for a company like this! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
They are extremely unprofessional and are exactly what is wrong with the staffing industry and agency recruiters.
