I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at College Board (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Went through 3 rounds. First was a phone screen from HR, making sure you are a fit candidate and are interested in the role. Then you interview with the manager and then I was asked to come in where I had a group interview with several members of the team. I was notified the next day that they wanted to extend the offer.
It was lengthy. Went through about 3 different calls with 3 different teams. All were done as virtual video calls. Overall, pretty straightforward process, but definitely lengthy and required significant coordination. I ended up not being selected because there was someone with more experience than me.
The interview process included one virtual interview with two advisors. They were both very friendly and looking for someone they would like to work with. Received the offer via phone call within a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic, easy questions about the general study. e.g., what is a computer adaptive test?
In-depth over the phone seemed very interested and optimistic but did not get offered a position. Do not know the next steps in the process but the interview went smoothly.
