ComTrade Interview Questions

Very pleasant interview. There were one engineering manager and one senior developer and they were very polite and wanted to help in situations where I was not sure how to answer some questions.

The interview was via phone call. Simple questions, they told me about the company and asked me about my experiences with the .net development and what do i want to work on (backend or frontend)

Rude incompetent , they acctually give me test from hr that did nit payed to use for . Person that asked wuestions was rude. Questions was not related to work , to my personal life , i dod not responed so they say i am not open enough for their company

Interview was really pleasant, had an online meeting with hr where she asked me questions reagarding my personality and what i expect from them. After that had technical meeting in their company where they tested my knowledge of comutation systems and system networks since that was the position i applied for. Also talked about importance of teamwork and company politics. It was really relaxed and well thiught interview, only downside is it was hard to get accepted since they have small number of spots that are rarely available. Internship is paid, average, below-average pay.

First connection was made by recruiter at Linkedin. Then i was called by one of the recruiters and we talked about company and about myself. Next round was technical interview with lead developer.

We started with introduction, then they told me something about company, then I introduced myself. After that Team leader and senior engineer asked me some questions and that was it

Very nice experience. The interview took place in a relaxed atmosphere. The head of HR and the head of Controlling were present. They explained to me the specifics of the position of accountant in their company. In the end, the HR manager takes me around the offices in the company. I could imagine myself as a worker in this organization. It was a correct and open conversation.

After initial selection, IT recruter reaches out to invite you to an interview with one of their BDRs via Microsfot Teams. The interview lasted about 30 minutes where we talked about the role and my previous experiences. All in all, didnt get any feedback after.

We connected via Skype. The team introduced themselves and asked some questions. The questions were technical. Then I got a link for the quizzes (personality check - various patterns and operations).

It was done smoothly in a friendly environment. We have a nice discussion about general and technical things. Atmosphere was nice. There were two interviewers. Interview also included a board coding question.
