Interview
First step was a phone interview with the recruiter, 2nd step was a physical interview with a panel, lastly was an interview with the hiring manager and then an interview with the VP of the division.
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle.
The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
"Complete an online application, watch a video, and answer the related questions. Participate in two HR phone interviews, followed by video interviews with two managers and one with the director."
