I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast
Interview
1ST STEP is 1 or 2 phone interviews with a recruiter usually from the corporate HQ office and then a local manager. 2nd will be an in person interview with a sales manager. Typical interview process from there. If you impress the sales manager, you will need to really impress the Director who makes the final decision. From there if they decide to move forward, you will get an official offer letter within a week (or days possibly).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the essential elements of any sales job is to be able to think "on your toes" and articulate your thoughts where it convinces the other person to take action. Thoroughly preparation will yield great results every time and just be yourself.
I got a call about three weeks after applying from a HR rep to schedule an interview. The HR reps were great. After ~30 minute phone interview, which felt more like an informal conversation than anything, they fit me in as soon as possible for my second interview with a hiring manager, which I would say lasted ~45-55 minutes. I was moved on to the third interview with the director, which was only ~30 minutes. Everyone was pleasant, professional and friendly.
Was a very bad experience. No follow ups, unorganized, no communication. Surprised to learn how they don’t communicate and leave you hanging. Then another recruiter reached out for a follow up and did not show up to the remote interview

Got a call last week to set interview. The recruiter could not get local manager on what date. Recruiter told me to call him back Monday. Looked in email Monday says job has been canceled. Called the recruiter just to get info and ghosted me. WTF. Very unprofessional start.
