It was long and had many steps meeting with many different people in corporate and as part of the operation. It took weeks between each interview before the next one was scheduled.
Brief chat with the recruiter for typical screening questions and was then invited onsite. Office culture is pretty sterile - the company can't seem to decide if it's a hyper-growth tech company or old school real estate firm.
Overall, the experience was pretty awful. Disconnected process, interviewers had no idea what they were looking for. The impression they give is that, "we are compass and we are amazing" so I would add self awareness (or lack thereof) to the list of concerns. The kicker was the interview with HR - HORRIBLE. RUDE!

Well run interview process. Impressive team. A bit involved and with lengthy take-home/pre prep exercises. Follow-up was not timely, which made for an overall neutral experience. Also dodged questions about the overall company, long-term prospects and how they are positioned vs. competitors.
