I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Computronix (Lakewood, CO) in Oct 2017
Interview
Had two HR interviews over 3 weeks. They strung me along for 3 weeks, said I did great in HR interview but that they wanted someone with a comp sci degree after calling and asking for me if it was ok if they strung me along longer multiple times. Would have been nice if they didn't waste my time since they knew my degree and work experience at the start.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
List one time you had a difficult task at your old job and how did you handle it.
I had an interview with an HR person, who invited me to attend an evaluation course the company was hosting. Over multiple days, they would teach multiple candidates their base product in their training room. Company staff would be available to answer questions and help as needed. Meals were provided, and candidates and staff members were assigned seats to eat and chat. Towards the end of the course, candidates would be required to build a system using what they learned and present it to a set of staff members. During the time that they're building the system, the candidates would be pulled aside for one-on-one interviews as well.
