O processo seletivo foi tranquilo. Dividido em 2 etapas e foi realizado por uma consultoria. Aparentemente não tive o que reclamar. Ele foi realizado por uma consultoria externa. No primeiro dia foi feita uma apresentação da empresa e, em seguida, aplicada uma prova de português. A prova continha perguntas bem fáceis de conteúdo do ensino fundamental de caráter eliminatório. A segunda etapa o candidato tinha que digitar um texto em no máximo 3 minutos. A ideia é digitar o máximo possível sem cometer erros (Essa etapa elimina muita gente). Na última etapa do 1 dia é um caso que simula um atendimento ao cliente. No meu caso era um cliente insatisfeito com um aplicativo de comida que havia mandado um sanduíche errado, eu teria que atendê-lo da melhor forma possível. No segundo dia foi uma entrevista com o gestor, uma entrevista clássica que se perguntou sobre minha vida, o que fazia antes, se cursava faculdade, porque escolheu o curso, porque você quer trabalhar na concentrix etc.
