Interview
Te hacen preguntas sobre tu experiencia en roles previos, conocimiento técnico de programación y el lenguaje y luego te presentan un desafió técnico relacionado al puesto que vas a ocupar. Suele ser muy amena y tranquila.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix in Aug 2025
Interview
First round with HR where introductory questions were asked, then technical round with engineering manager with live coding involved, quite easy about OOP and SOLID principles (make a Robot walk in different ways). After that, round of quickly fired questions about C# and ASP.NET, waiting for the gotcha moment. I did not have the opportunity to ask relevant questions as I was cut short saying time was up (probably 5 minutes in total). I genuinely disliked the hiring manager's attitude, as it seemed that the interview for him was a chore. Also, I perceived the interviewer as arrogant and stuck up because of his allegedly privileged position. I am glad I was not selected since he probably would have revealed himself as a typical micromanaging figure, most common in Spain unfortunately. Then I got ghosted so nothing new there either. I would not apply in the future for this company, especially with Spanish managers.

Question 1
Which are DI lifecyles, which design patterns I use, common OOP and SOLID principles, like which you applied in the code etc. Questions from the CV about past experience to know if I lied
Interviewer was very rude, If you don't answer a question, he'll like laugh and mock you by saying, what did you do all these years if you don't know this or that, and it;s not that they are obvious questions, those questions could only be answered if A) you've read all the books B) you've worked on that
