I applied online and a week and a half later received a phone call from an HR Representative for a brief interview and to set up a time for a full interview via Zoom. The Zoom interview was comprised of approximately 12 questions regarding my previous work experience and personal professional growth.

"How did you handle an instance where you did everything you could to help a customer but still couldn't resolve their problem?"
It was usual interview questions.interview was on google meets and my recruiter was friendly.it lasted about 30 minutes or less and I got my offer at the end of the interview.

Interview
It was a very smooth process and they both answered my questions exactly as expected. They were very pilot and made me feel like I did not have to be nervous.
A short over the phone interview was followed by a longer interview through Zoom with two interviewers. Questions were about my job preferences, previous work experience and accomplishments, and abilities.
