1. Recruiter phone screen: when discussing the compensation of 60k-70k USD, the recruiter admitted that it's extremely low for Comp Analysts due to their medicaid backed company model. They apparently fired their last Comp Analyst for not being fast enough.
2. Hiring Manager call: Hiring manager seems like a very nice person, but doesn't have any Comp experience, which begs the question of whether any training would ever be provided to the new Comp Analyst.
The organization as a whole has extremely poor salaries, which is unfortunate for the patients and clients that the company supports.
