I applied online. I interviewed at Continental in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied online, and interviewed at Continental. I was supposed to be meeting with 2 people but found out that one of them decided not to show up on the day of the interview.
Other person seemed nice although unprepared as he said he did not have time to look at my resume. Interview went well in general, with a lot of behavioral questions as well as my background. What strikes me most that towards the end of the interview, he said I was a strong candidate but there was another candidate who had a master's degree so he hasn't made his decision yet. Not professional!! It has been 2 weeks since the interview, so I think he chose that person
One round of interview about personal experience and introduction of the role responsibility, smooth and friendly communication and experience, positive impression of the staff and company. Overall, the process was efficient and well-structured.
First there is an IQ test. Followed by a technical interview, followed by a HR.
During the technical interview I was asked some basic OOP questions and a simple program to implement.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Continental (Fort Mill, SC)
Interview
Super efficient and quick interview process! The company was always very eager to talk with me, answer my questions, and adapt to my timeline. They like to ask STAR questions, so be prepared for that, but honestly, one of the fastest and best interviews I have done.
