Got the interview invitation around 3 weeks after applying. The interviewers were really nice and thoughtful. There were 2 interview rounds and 1 excel test: 1st with the HR team, 2nd with hiring manager. The first round focused on experience in general and behavior/problem solving. The second round went into detail of the the experience as well as presenting the test result.
I got the interview result in a short time but the hiring process was quite long (it takes time to receive the offer)

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Continental (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
Did it online. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The manager was kind and well-spoken. Asked about past activities and behavioural questions to test fit. Not stressful and it was a good chat.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Continental
Interview
I receive a call from a Continental recruiter to schedule an interview. As it is a curricular internship, I only did an interview with a recruiter and the responsible of the area.
