Interview
A few questions over phone. Then came in with group and took basic typing, Web opening pages. Eventually told us about poison and company. Short process. Easiest interview ever s.and recruiting team very nice.

Interview
Received an email, took two tests on the computer; speed test and technological knowledge test (fairly easy). The informed us on the position and who we would be working for. We came back for a second interview (group interview of about 10-12 people) where we did demo calls (that are scored) and they teach us the opening of answering calls and how to speak to the customers. Based off the score you receive from the practice calls they will pick two/three people for the job out of your group.

Interview
The HR lady initially called me for a phone interview after seeing my application. She asked some standard questions and then had me identify an object next to me and try to sell it to her. After that is done, (you can't mess it up), they'll schedule a time to come in and sit down for a face to face. Be funny but focused and you should be fine. All they do is ask you to describe yourself and then they read off questions they got from google.

There really wasn't anything asked that you haven't been asked already. There's a lot of situational questions. "Describe a time where you were put under pressure and thrived".
