Interview
The first one was an essay writing task in minimum 180 words. Next came the technical round and online test. HR round comes next. You gotta answer questions like why BPO, and similar ones

Applied online and received an email to interview about three weeks later. Took a typing test and a basic technology quiz. If you're invited to an interview, you have the job as long as you don't act insane.

Interview
I reached there at around 2 pm. There were 5-7 people sitting there for the same position, both freshers and experienced. First round was HR in which they check your basic spoken English, and then on this basis ask you to join any of the process of their choice. I was offered Dell ITS and I agreed to it as it was a permanent day shift. After that they ask you to write on any topic (they will give topic) about 100 words to check your writing skills. After that they give u some time to prepare for technical round and give a rough example of what kind of questions can be asked. After that there was a technical round in which they asked very basic questions like type is RAM and Hard drive, OS installation, safe mode etc. It went well. After some time O was told that you HV been selected. It followed a versent round in which they help you to pass. After that they gave me the offer letter saying that your joining will be from tomorrow. Everything was done on the same day and I got the job.
